With more than 30 years of combined experience in investigating motor vehicle accidents (MVA) in law enforcement and litigating MVAs in personal injury (PI) law, Mr. Bakshi brings a unique perspective, skill set and knowledge to his PI practice.

Mr. Bakshi is a graduate of McMaster University and Osgoode Hall Law School. He has completed various types of legal research in his Master of Laws program at Osgoode Hall Law School and has been able to use this knowledge to help his clients.
